hydrogenation of insoluble organic matter of CS/Acetone from coal over mesoporous HZSM-5 supported Ni

摘要: Four supported catalysts, nickel and ruthenium on a HZSM-5 support, were prepared by equal volume impregnation and in-situ decomposition of carbonyl nickel. The properties of catalysts were investigated by catalytic hydro-conversion of 2,2′-dinaphthyl ether as the model compound and extraction residue of Naomaohu lignite as the sample under an initial H2 pressure of 5 MPa and temperature at 150 °C. According to the catalytic hydro-conversion results of the model compound, Ni−Ru/HZSM-5 exhibited the best catalytic performance. It not only activated H2 into H···H, but also further heterolytically split H···H into immobile H attached on the acidic centers of Ni−Ru/HZSM-5 and relatively mobile H+. Catalytic hydro-conversion of the extraction residue from Naomaohu lignite was further examined over the optimized catalyst, Ni−Ru/HZSM-5. Detailed molecular compositions of products from the extraction residue with and without hydrogenation were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. The analytical results showed that the oxygen-containing functional groups in products of hydrogenated extraction residue were obviously reduced after the catalytic treatment. The relative content of oxygenates in the product with catalytic treatment was 18.57% lower than that in the product without catalytic treatment.

摘要: A macro-meso-porous monolithic Ni-based catalyst was prepared via an impregnation route using polystyrene foam as the template and then used in the steam reforming of ethanol to produce a H -rich gas. The Ni/Mg-Al catalyst has a hierarchically macro-meso-porous structure as indicated by photographs and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The surface area of the catalyst was 230 m ?g and the Ni dispersion was 5.62%. Compared to the pelletized sample that was prepared without a template, the macro-meso-porous Ni/Mg-Al monolith exhibited superior reactivity in terms of H production and also had lower CH yields at 700oC and 800oC. Furthermore, the monolithic catalyst maintained excellent activity and H selectivity after 100-h on-stream at 700 C, as well as good resistance to coking and metal sintering.

Steam reforming of toluene as a tar model compound with modified nickel-based catalyst

摘要: Catalytic steam reforming is a promising route for tar conversion to high energy syngas in the process of biomass gasification. However, the catalyst deactivation caused by the deposition of residual carbon is still a major challenge. In this paper, a modified Ni-based Ni-Co/Al O -CaO (Ni-Co/AC) catalyst and a conventional Ni/Al O (Ni/A) catalyst were prepared and tested for tar catalytic removal in which toluene was selected as the model component. Experiments were conducted to reveal the influences of the reaction temperature and the ratio between steam to carbon on the toluene conversion and the hydrogen yield. The physicochemical properties of the modified Ni-based catalyst were determined by a series of characterization methods. The results indicated that the Ni-Co alloy was determined over the Ni-Co/AC catalyst. The doping of CaO and the presence of Ni-Co alloy promoted the performance of toluene catalytic dissociation over Ni-Co/AC catalyst compared with that over Ni/A catalyst. After testing in steam for 40 h, the carbon conversion over Ni-Co/AC maintained above 86% and its resistance to carbon deposition was superior to Ni/A catalyst.

综述了高酸性腐蚀气田用BG2250镍基合金油井管国产化开发进展情况。通过与国外同类产品的实物质量分析以及成分、电弧炉冶炼、电渣重溶、锻造、热挤压、冷轧、特殊扣设计与加工、腐蚀评价等工艺技术的研究,宝钢开发的BG2250-125等镍基合金油管的产品质量达到了国际同类产品的先进水平,并已在普光气田成功下井使用,为我国高酸性气田的开发提供了重要的物资保障。

Ni-Co bimetallic catalyst for CH

摘要: A co-precipitation method was employed to prepare Ni/Al O -ZrO , Co/Al O -ZrO and Ni-Co/Al O -ZrO catalysts. Their properties were characterized by N adsorption (BET), thermogravimetric analysis TGA , temperature-programmed reduction (TPR), temperature-programmed desorption (CO -TPD), and temperature-programmed surface reaction (CH -TPSR and CO -TPSR). Ni-Co/Al O -ZrO bimetallic catalyst has good performance in the reduction of active components Ni, Co and CO adsorption. Compared with mono-metallic catalyst, bimetallic catalyst could provide more active sites and CO adsorption sites (C+ CO = 2CO) for the methane-reforming reaction, and a more appropriate force formed between active components and composite support (SMSI) for the catalytic reaction. According to the CH -CO -TPSR, there were 80.9% and 81.5% higher CH and CO conversion over Ni-Co/Al O -ZrO catalyst, and its better resistance to carbon deposition, less than 0.5% of coke after 4 h reaction, was found by TGA. The high activity and excellent anti-coking of the Ni-Co/Al O -ZrO catalyst were closely related to the synergy between Ni and Co active metal, the strong metal-support interaction and the use of composite support.

Preparation of Ni/SiO catalyst in ionic liquids for hydrogenation

摘要: A series of silica supported nickel catalysts were prepared from nickel nitrate and tetraethyl orthosilicate by the sol-gel method with the imidazolium type ionic liquids as solvents. The catalysts were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS). Their catalytic performances for the selective hydrogenation of cinnamaldehyde to hydrocinnamaldehyde were investigated. The results show that the Ni/SiO catalyst prepared with 1-(2-hydroxyethyl)-3-methyl-imidazole tetrafluoroborate ionic liquid as solvent exhibits the highest catalytic activity for the reaction. Under the optimal conditions of catalyst dosage (based on the mass of cinnamaldehyde used) 10%, reaction pressure 2 MPa, temperature 373 K and reaction time 2 h, the conversion of cinnamaldehyde and the selectivity to hydrocinnamaldehyde can reach 97.6% and 98.8%, respectively.

Ni/MgO catalyst prepared via dielectric-barrier discharge plasma with improved catalytic performance

摘要: A Ni/MgO catalyst was prepared via novel dielectric-barrier discharge (DBD) plasma decomposition method. The combined characterization of Brunauer-Emmett-Teller measurement, X-ray diffraction, hydrogen temperature-programmed reduction and transmission electron microscopy shows that DBD plasma treatment enhances the support-metal interaction of Ni/MgO catalyst and facilitates the formation of smaller Ni particles. Sphere-like Ni particles form on plasma treated Ni/MgO catalysts. The plasma treated Ni/MgO catalyst shows a significantly improved low temperature activity and good stability for CO reforming of methane to syngas.

还原预处理是活化负载型金属催化剂的重要步骤,但很少受到关注。本研究发现负载型镍催化剂的重构过程对预处理条件非常敏感。与使用氢气的传统活化方式相比,用合成气活化催化剂可以产生具有多晶结构的负载型镍纳米颗粒,其中包含丰富的晶界。独特的活化方式使得催化剂上CO吸附得到增强,提高了CO甲烷化率。通过操纵活化条件来调整催化剂结构的策略也可以被用于指导其他负载型金属催化剂的理性设计。

Zinc modification of Ni-Ti as efficient NiZnTi catalysts with both geometric and electronic improvements

摘要: The catalytic hydrogenation of nitroaromatics is an environmentally friendly technology for aniline production, and it is crucial to develop noble-metal-free catalysts that can achieve chemoselective hydrogenation of nitroaromatics under mild reaction conditions. In this work, zinc-modified Ni-Ti catalysts (NixZnyTi1) were fabricated and applied for the hydrogenation of nitroaromatics hydrogenation. It was found that the introduction of zinc effectively increases the surface Ni density, enhances the electronic effect, and improves the interaction between Ni and TiO2, resulting in smaller Ni particle size, more oxygen vacancies, higher dispersion and greater concentration of Ni on the catalyst surface. Furthermore, the electron-rich Niδ obtained by electron transfer from Zn and Ti to Ni effectively adsorbs and dissociates hydrogen. The results reveal that NixZnyTi1 (Ni0.5Zn0.5Ti1) shows excellent catalytic performance under mild conditions (70 °C and 6 bar). These findings provide a rational strategy for the development of highly active non-noble-metal hydrogenation catalysts.

Conversion of phenol to cyclohexane in the aqueous phase over Ni/zeolite bi-functional catalysts

摘要: A series of Ni/HZSM-5 and Ni/HIM-5 bi-functional catalysts were synthesized and applied to the aqueous-phase hydrodeoxygenation (HDO) of phenol. The Ni dispersibility and particle sizes were shown to be directly related to the porosity and crystal sizes of the parent zeolites, which further influenced the catalytic performances. The large pores and small crystal sizes of the parent zeolites were beneficial for dispersing Ni and forming small Ni particles, and the corresponding Ni/zeolite catalyst exhibited a higher phenol conversion and selectivity towards hydrocarbons. Importantly, the Ni/HIM-5 bi-functional catalyst exhibited a high activity (98.3%) and high selectivity for hydrocarbons (98.8%) when heated at 220°C for 1 h and is thus a new potential catalyst for the HDO of phenolics to form hydrocarbons in the aqueous phase.

Effect of glow discharge plasma on rhodium-based catalyst for oxygenates synthesis

摘要: Rhodium-based catalysts were prepared by impregnation, treated with glow discharge plasma, characterized by X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, H2 temperature-programmed reduction, H2 temperature-programmed desorption and CO temperature-programmed desorption, and investigated for oxygenate synthesis from CO hydrogenation. Based on the characterization results, plasma treatment endowed the samples with smaller particle size, higher dispersion of active components, and an enrichment of active components on the surface as well. As a result, the reducibility and adsorption properties were modified. In catalytic tests, the catalytic activity for CO hydrogenation over the samples treated by plasma was improved remarkably: the conversion of CO and the yield of oxygenates increased at most by a factor of 78.62% and 51.96%, respectively, while the selectivity of ethanol and methanol in the oxygenates was enhanced as well.
